New Heat-Resistant PE Packaging Bags Launched for Japanese Tofu Producers

Withstanding temperatures from 100°C to 200°C, they are suitable for hot filling, pasteurization, water-bath processing, and retort sterilization—covering the full range of production methods used by Japanese tofu manufacturers.

The PE construction provides flexibility, puncture resistance, and reliable seal strength, while the cylindrical shape keeps the tofu intact from production line to consumer plate. Consumers can simply cut open the bag and remove the product without crumbling or deformation.

Available in net contents from 50g to 400g, the bags accommodate single-serving portions through family-sized packs. Custom printing with lamination finishing delivers durable, vibrant branding that resists wear during handling and retail display, supporting brand logos, nutritional information, barcodes, and expiry date marking.
