Step inside our production facility in Hebei Province, China, and you will see flexible packaging being made from start to finish—film extrusion, printing, lamination, bag-making, and quality inspection all happening under one roof. This integrated setup allows us to control every stage of production, maintain consistent quality, and respond quickly to custom requirements.

Our workshop houses blown film lines, gravure and flexo printing presses, solvent-free lamination equipment, and a range of bag-making machines capable of producing tube bags, pouches, roll film, and stand-up formats. Skilled technicians monitor thickness, print registration, and seal strength throughout the run, while our independent QC team conducts inspections from raw material intake to final packing.

We are located near Tianjin Port, which gives our clients a practical advantage: efficient container loading, competitive freight rates, and smooth export logistics to destinations across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Whether you need a small trial batch or a full container order, our factory is built to deliver—on spec, on time.

OEM/ODM

We offer full OEM and ODM support for clients who want to build or expand their own packaging brand. With OEM, you provide the specifications—bag size, material, thickness, printing design, and quantity—and we manufacture to your requirements under your brand name. With ODM, you share your product concept and target market, and our team helps develop the packaging structure, recommends materials, prepares samples, and refines the design until it meets your performance and appearance requirements.

Our in-house capabilities cover film extrusion, printing, lamination, bag-making, and quality inspection, giving us full control over quality, cost, and lead time. We support custom bag structures, material selection across PE, PA/PE, EVOH, aluminum foil, and biodegradable options, full-color printing with your artwork or design assistance, and flexible order quantities from trial runs to bulk supply.

Our R&D efforts focus on the practical challenges our clients face: extending shelf life, improving seal performance, adapting to new filling equipment, and meeting evolving environmental regulations. Working closely with production and quality teams, our engineers test new film structures, evaluate alternative materials, and refine bag designs to deliver packaging that performs reliably in real-world conditions.

Recent development areas include high-barrier laminates for extended shelf life, biodegradable material formulations using PLA and PBAT, and heat-resistant structures suitable for retort and hot-fill applications. Each new material or design undergoes physical testing—seal strength, puncture resistance, thickness uniformity, and print adhesion—before being recommended for client trials.

We also work directly with clients on custom development projects. When a standard solution does not fit your product, our team can develop a tailored bag structure, material combination, or closure system to match your specific requirements. From initial concept to sample testing and final production, we manage the entire development process under one roof.
