New Size Options Added to Japanese Tofu Packaging Range

We have expanded our PE packaging bag line for Japanese tofu with additional size options, now covering net contents from 50g to 400g to meet a wider range of portion formats. The update responds to growing demand from producers offering both single-serving and family-sized tofu products.

The bags are built on a heat-resistant PE structure that withstands temperatures from 100°C to 200°C, supporting hot filling, pasteurization, and retort processing. The cylindrical tube design is tailored to egg tofu and silken tofu, helping the product keep its shape and smooth texture through filling, transport, and retail display. Consumers can cut the bag open and remove the tofu intact, without cracking or deformation.

Custom printing with lamination finishing is available across all sizes, allowing brands to maintain consistent shelf presence whether they pack small single portions or larger family packs. The laminated surface resists scratching and keeps colors vivid during handling and display.

All bags are produced in our Hebei facility, where film extrusion, printing, lamination, and bag-making are completed in-house. This integrated production supports both small trial orders and bulk supply, with food-grade compliance documentation and third-party testing reports available on request.
