We developed a PE tube bag with a laminated finish that enhanced print vibrancy and resisted scratching during handling and display. The bag structure was validated for their hot-fill and pasteurization process, with seal parameters matched to their filling equipment. Custom printing covered their logo, product details, and barcode, using food-safe inks suitable for direct food contact.

The new packaging gave the producer a shelf-ready presentation without changing their production workflow. Since launch, they have expanded the printed range across multiple sizes.
