Following continued demand from tofu producers seeking greater control over their retail presentation, we have expanded our PE packaging line for Japanese tofu to include full custom printing with lamination finishing. The bags are now offered in net contents ranging from 50g to 400g, giving brands flexibility across single-serving and family-sized formats.

The packaging is built on a PE structure that withstands temperatures from 100°C to 200°C, making it compatible with hot filling, pasteurization, and retort processing. The cylindrical tube format is designed specifically for egg tofu and silken tofu, preserving the product's shape and delicate texture from filling through to the consumer's kitchen.

What sets this line apart is the surface treatment. A laminated finish enhances print vibrancy and provides scratch resistance, helping brands maintain a clean, professional appearance on crowded retail shelves. Custom artwork can include logos, product photography, nutritional panels, barcodes, and expiry date marking, with printing carried out using food-safe, low-migration inks.

The bags are produced in our Hebei facility, where film extrusion, printing, lamination, and bag-making are completed under one roof. This integrated setup supports both small trial orders and large-volume supply. Food-grade compliance documentation and third-party testing reports are available for clients requiring regulatory verification.
