A nylon outer layer is laminated onto a food grade PE sealant film, forming a special-shaped composite pouch that survives the high temperature cooking process without delamination. The NY reinforcement gives egg tofu retort pouches outstanding puncture resistance, so sharp tofu edges and rough handling never become leakers.

The tube format holds 100g to 150g net content, the portion size most used by Japanese style egg tofu and seasoned soft tofu brands. Filled pouches keep a neat cylindrical profile through pasteurization, cooling and transport, which improves shelf appearance and case packing efficiency.

Single layer PE film withstands 100°C, and once laminated the pouch endures up to 200°C, covering boiling sterilization and high temperature retort cooking. Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors reproduces artwork with tight registration on the glossy outer film.
