Retort grade single serve pouches keep egg tofu cooking simple: fill, seal and cook in the same transparent PE tube bag. This special shaped composite pouch is formed from food grade PE film and sized at 60g and 95g single serve portions for retail snack packs and breakfast lines.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that reliable packaging needs. The film withstands 100°C hot filling and, once laminated, the pouch endures up to 200°C cooking, covering pasteurization, boiling and steam cooking.

The transparent body lets consumers check product quality before opening, while the neat cylindrical tube shape protects delicate egg tofu through filling, transport and shelf display. Tube diameter, length and thickness can be customized to match your filling line.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors puts brand name, nutrition panel and serving instructions on pack. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 standards for export retail.
