Steam cooking keeps tamago tofu tender, and this transparent tube pouch is built for exactly that process. The special shaped composite tube is formed from food grade PE and sized at 55g and 80g single serve portions, giving consumers a convenient cook in bag meal.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that delicate tofu needs. The film handles 100°C hot filling, and laminated film endures up to 200°C so the pouch can be boiled, steamed or retort cooked in one package.

Full transparency lets the golden egg tofu color sell itself on the shelf, while the cylindrical tube shape protects the product through filling, cooking and transport. Tube diameter, length and film thickness are made to order for your line.

Retort grade construction and custom printing up to 9 colors support branded retail programs. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 standards for export markets.
