Food grade PE gives the film the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength required for high speed filling. Single layer film withstands 100°C hot filling and laminated film endures up to 200°C, so pasteurization and retort cooking run safely in pouch.

The transparent composite body shows the finished product clearly, and the special shaped tube keeps its form through cooking, cooling and stacking. Custom tube diameter, length and thickness can be tuned to your filling equipment.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors turns the pouch into a complete brand carrier. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 standards for export.
