Mid size portions meet mid size convenience. This premade transparent tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 140g and 185g egg tofu packs, a format that works well for retail single packs, deli counters and food service side portions.

Food grade PE combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, so the pouch survives filling pressure, boiling and transport without leaks. The film is rated for 100°C hot filling, and lamination lifts resistance up to 200°C for retort cooking.

Premade bags simplify line changeover: operators open, fill and seal without forming equipment. The transparent film presents the product clearly, and tube dimensions can be customized to your portion target.

Custom flexo printing up to 6 colors covers branding, barcode and cooking instructions. Food grade materials meet FDA and EU 10/2011 requirements for export retail.
