Retailers and brands often need a carrier cut to their own size. This custom biodegradable shopping bag is blown from PLA and PBAT resin and finished by heat cut in the vest handle shape, so length, width and gusset can be set to match any retail, takeaway or grocery program.

Film thickness can be selected across the 2.5 to 3.5 silk range, with 0.028mm (2.8 silk) as the food service default. Under compostable conditions the PLA and PBAT chain breaks down by microbial action into carbon dioxide, water and biomass, so custom printed carriers no longer add to white pollution.

The formulation uses no PE and no photo-oxidative additive and meets GB/T 20197-2006 degradable plastics standard, supplied with a third party test report. This makes it a food contact carrier ready to replace traditional plastic shopping bags.

Blown film and heat cut edges give a clean finish, while custom printing up to 8 colors carries any logo, pattern or slogan. Small, medium and large vest sizes plus supermarket gusset and express mailer formats are all available.
