Retort vacuum pouches are built from a PA RCPP film that withstands high temperature sterilization up to 121°C, allowing shelf stable ready meals, sauces and soups to be packed without refrigeration. The cast polypropylene layer keeps the seal strong through the retort process.

The pouches resist punctures and flex cracks during handling and distribution, and they can be supplied as flat or stand up pouches with or without a spout. This makes them suitable for ready to eat meals, pet food, seafood and outdoor rations.

Food grade and BPA free, the retort film seals on standard equipment and supports hot filling, pasteurization and retort sterilization. They are supplied for single use packing.
