Boilable packs need film that holds together under heat. This laminated 200°C boilable PE egg tofu packaging bag is produced from food grade PE laminate and sized at 105g and 155g for convenience retail and light catering.

The egg tofu packaging bag delivers flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, protecting gel tofu through boiling, hot filling and retort cooking. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated for full sterilization.

A 49mm tube diameter and 175mm pouch length give a balanced pack, while the transparent laminate keeps the product visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Custom flexo printing up to 8 colors carries brand logos, ingredient panels, barcodes and date marks. Low minimums apply.

Material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Tell us your target weights and we will match the tube, seal and print to your line.
