Transport is where soft packs fail. This puncture resistant heavy gauge PE egg tofu packaging bag is built from thicker food grade PE film and sized at 145g and 195g for family portions that must travel safely.

The egg tofu packaging bag pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, shielding gel tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and rough handling. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated.

A 55mm tube diameter and 205mm pouch length give a robust pack, while the transparent film keeps contents visible. Diameter, length and gauge stay customizable.

Custom flexo printing up to 8 colors carries brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date codes. Low minimums apply.
