Custom PE Tofu Packaging for a Japanese Tofu Producer

A Japanese tofu manufacturer came to us with a common problem: their existing packaging caused product deformation during filling and often failed to seal on their automated line. We reviewed their filling equipment and processing conditions, then developed a custom PE tube bag with a heat-resistant formulation validated for 100°C to 200°C. After sample trials, the final specification delivered reliable seals, reduced deformation, and a clean opening experience. They now run the packaging across sizes from 80g to 300g with custom brand printing.
