Product Description:

Reheating soft tofu without drying it out calls for a pouch that survives the microwave. This microwave reheat soft tofu tube pouch is made from food grade PE and sized at 130g and 190g for on demand restaurant and home servings.

The cylindrical tube holds the delicate gel block in shape, so the soft tofu tube pouch keeps silken and soft tofu intact through filling, chilling and reheat cycles.

Food grade PE brings the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that delicate tofu needs, while the single layer film keeps the pack light and easy to handle.

Rated for 100°C hot filling and up to 200°C once laminated, the soft tofu tube covers pasteurization and retort programs as well as quick microwave service.

A 50mm tube diameter and 170mm pouch length give a balanced mid size pack that stands neatly in chillers and service trays. Diameter, length and thickness are customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 7 colors adds brand name, nutrition facts and barcode, and every pouch is food grade certified to FDA and EU 10/2011.
