Product Description:

Frozen distribution punishes packaging with low temperatures and ice crystal pressure. This freezer grade transparent soft tofu tube bag is built from food grade PE and sized at 90g and 150g for frozen silken and soft tofu portions.

The soft tofu tube bag keeps its flexibility at freezer temperatures, resisting cracking and punctures so the delicate tofu block stays whole from blast freezing to thaw.

Food grade PE provides flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength in one film, and the clear body lets buyers check product condition right through the pack.

The film is rated for 100°C hot filling and reaches 200°C once laminated, so one soft tofu tube bag serves freezing, pasteurization and retort cooking lines.

A 45mm tube diameter and 150mm pouch length give a compact portion that stacks efficiently in freezer cartons. Tube diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 6 colors carries brand marks, storage instructions and barcodes, with FDA and EU 10/2011 food contact certification on every batch.
