Steam cooking keeps tofu moist and evenly heated, and this clear tube pouch is made to go straight into the steamer. The special shaped composite bag is formed from food grade PE for 135g and 185g Japanese soft tofu portions.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that soft tofu needs while steam surrounds the pack, keeping the block whole and the seal secure.

The film is rated for 100°C hot filling and steam cooking, while lamination extends resistance up to 200°C for retort cycles, so one pouch covers steamer and autoclave processes.

A transparent body lets shoppers confirm the soft tofu inside, and the premade tube format keeps filling simple on existing lines. Tube diameter, pouch length and thickness are customizable to your process.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors carries brand, nutrition facts and cooking steps. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging programs.
