Bigger blocks demand tougher film. This heavy gauge tube bag is produced from food grade PE for 240g and 330g Japanese tofu portions, with extra thickness built to resist punctures through retort cooking and long distance export shipping.

Food grade PE offers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that large delicate packs need, so even soft silken blocks arrive whole after rough handling.

The film is rated for 100°C hot filling and, once laminated, withstands up to 200°C sterilization, making it a dependable choice for high temperature retort cooking programs.

The reinforced special shaped composite tube holds its profile under pallet load, while the clear body keeps product quality visible at retail. Diameter, length and gauge are customizable to your carton plan.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors supports export brand artwork and barcodes. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging.
