Long shelf life starts with a film that survives sterilization. This retort grade tube pouch is produced from food grade PE for 185g and 250g Japanese tofu portions that stay stable at ambient temperature after processing.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength required for high temperature retort cooking, protecting the soft block through pressure, heat and stacking.

Single layer film is rated for 100°C hot filling, and the laminated structure resists up to 200°C, allowing complete sterilization cycles that lock in freshness without chilling.

The transparent special shaped composite body keeps the tofu visible while the cylindrical form stands up to retort baskets and carton stacking. Diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your retort profile.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors delivers shelf ready export branding. Every material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging programs.
