Product Description:

Some tofu packs should open like a gift box. This cut open slide out tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 55g-105g tofu portions, letting the whole block slide out cleanly for slicing and serving.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that protect soft tofu through filling and transport while keeping the tube easy to cut open at the table.

The single layer film is rated for 100°C hot filling, and lamination lifts resistance to 200°C, so the same tube moves from pasteurization to full retort cooking programs.

The clear special shaped composite tube shows the block inside, and the premade format runs on simple filling equipment. Diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your serving size.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors marks brand, serving ideas and nutrition. Every material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging export.
