Product Description:

Water bath processing gives tofu a gentle, even cook that keeps texture soft. This transparent tube bag is produced from food grade PE for 70g-130g portions processed in hot water baths and pasteurizers.

Food grade PE combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, so blocks hold their shape while water circulates around the pouch during processing.

Rated for 100°C hot filling and water bath pasteurization, the laminated film also withstands up to 200°C for retort lines that need a longer shelf life option.

The clear special shaped composite body gives processors and shoppers full visibility, while the premade tube format simplifies filling at any speed. Dimensions are customizable to your bath racks.

Custom flexo printing up to 10 colors adds brand and process marks. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging supply.
