Product Description:

One tube family for two tofu styles. This dual use pouch is formed from food grade PE for 85g-145g portions of egg tofu and silken tofu, covering the two best selling Japanese style desserts with one bag design.

Food grade PE supplies the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that keep both egg custard blocks and silken curd whole through filling, cooking and chilling.

The film handles 100°C hot filling and boiling, and lamination extends resistance to 200°C, making the same tube suitable for pasteurized fresh lines and retort sterilized programs.

A transparent special shaped composite body shows the smooth block inside, and the premade tube format fills quickly. Tube diameter, pouch length and thickness are customizable to each recipe.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors separates the two product lines by design. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for tofu tube packaging export.
