Product Description:

Hot pot tables need tofu that arrives whole and cooks evenly. This boil in bag tofu tube pouch holds 140g-220g portions in food grade PE that goes straight from the pack into a simmering pot.

Flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength protect the soft block during filling and transport, while the double heat seal keeps the pouch leak free through boiling.

Rated for 100°C hot filling, the film also accepts lamination up to 200°C for retort cooking, so one tube design serves both fresh and shelf stable programs.

The special shaped composite tube keeps its round form during boiling, and the premade pouch format suits manual or semi-automatic filling lines. Dimensions can be customized to your pot and portion size.

Custom flexo printing up to 10 colors marks brand, cooking instructions and ingredient information on the transparent surface for diners.

All materials are food grade and comply with FDA and EU 10/2011 food contact standards for tofu tube packaging supply worldwide.
