Product Description:

Canteens and cafeterias serve tofu by the tray, so kitchen friendly packs matter. This canteen tofu tube pouch holds 190g-270g portions in transparent heat sealable PE film built for bulk reheat programs.

Food grade PE gives the tube flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, keeping blocks intact through steam table warming, transport and portioning.

The film is rated for 100°C hot filling; laminated structures handle 200°C, letting kitchens move from water bath warming to retort cooked meals.

The special shaped composite tube packs neatly into steam table trays, and the premade bag runs on simple filling equipment. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your kitchen portioning.

Custom flexo printing up to 9 colors marks menu names, heating instructions and batch codes on the clear pouch surface.

Every bag is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011, supporting canteen tofu tube packaging supply for institutional foodservice.
