Maximum portions demand maximum seal confidence. This large capacity tube pouch is produced from food grade PE with a double heat seal construction, sized at 370g and 400g for the largest family packs and bulk egg tofu programs.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed to hold heavy contents through retort cooking and distribution. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches up to 200°C once laminated, covering full sterilization cycles.

Double heat seals add an extra safety margin against leaks on large packs, and the transparent film keeps the product fully visible at retail. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable for your line.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors completes a premium presentation for large format brands. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011.
