Small family packs need capacity without bulk. This retort grade transparent PE tube pouch is made from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 130g and 180g for shared egg tofu and silken tofu meals.

The egg tofu tube film pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, so soft tofu keeps its shape through 100°C hot filling and up to 200°C once laminated. Pasteurization, water bath and retort cycles are all covered by the tofu tube pouch.

A 52mm tube diameter and 185mm pouch length give a compact but generous pack, while the clear film keeps contents visible. Diameter, length and gauge stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors carries brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and expiry areas. Low minimum quantities suit first orders.
