Product Description:

Twin portion packs bridge the gap between single serve and family formats. This food grade PE retort tube pouch is built with a double heat seal and sized at 80g and 120g for two person egg tofu, silken tofu and tamago tofu servings.

The egg tofu tube film combines flexibility, puncture resistance and high sealing strength, holding soft gel tofu safely through 100°C hot filling and up to 200°C once laminated. The tofu tube pouch therefore covers pasteurization, water bath and retort sterilization in one material.

A 44mm tube diameter and 145mm pouch length give a balanced pack that sits neatly on retail shelves and inside catering trays, while the clear film keeps the product fully visible. Diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Gravure printing up to 6 colors covers brand marks, nutrition panels, barcodes and date codes for a finished retail look. Small trial batches are welcome.

All tube pouch material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001 procedures. Share your target weights and we will tailor the tube and seal to your line.
