Long haul export punishes weak packaging. This long distance export transparent PE tube pouch is built from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 340g and 390g for egg tofu and silken tofu bulk shipments.

The egg tofu tube pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, so heavy tofu survives hot filling, retort cooking and ocean freight. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated for full sterilization.

A 64mm tube diameter and 258mm pouch length give a robust export pack, while the transparent body keeps product visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors adds brand logos, flavour panels, barcodes and date codes. Low minimums suit rollout orders.
