Maximum family portions need maximum seal confidence. This large capacity tube pouch is made from food grade PE with double heat seal construction for 350g and 400g Japanese tofu packs, the biggest format in the range.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed to hold heavy contents through retort cooking and cold chain delivery. Film rated for 100°C hot filling endures up to 200°C once laminated.

Double heat seals add an extra safety margin against leaks on large packs, and the transparent film keeps the product visible at retail. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable for your filling line.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors completes a premium presentation. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011.
