Transparency sells tofu. This clear tube pouch is produced from food grade PE for 75g and 120g single serve Japanese tofu portions, letting the smooth white block present itself at retail and convenience counters.

Food grade PE combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, giving every pack the toughness to survive filling, chilling and delivery while staying gentle on the soft curd inside.

The film is rated for 100°C hot filling, and once laminated it endures up to 200°C, so the same bag moves easily from hot fill lines to retort cooking cycles.

Premade tube construction simplifies filling, while the special shaped composite body keeps its cylindrical profile through handling. Diameter, length and gauge are customizable to your filling equipment.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors adds logo, claims and barcode in crisp detail. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging use.
