Boiling is the simplest way to serve hot tofu, and this boilable tube pouch is designed around it. The special shaped composite bag is made from food grade PE for 95g and 150g soft tofu portions cooked directly in hot water.

Food grade PE gives the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that keep soft tofu blocks whole while water boils around them, with no tearing or leaking at the seals.

Single layer film handles 100°C hot filling and boiling, and the laminated version resists up to 200°C for retort sterilization, giving one pouch a full range of heat processing options.

The clear body lets cooks check the product before opening, and the premade tube format fills easily on manual or semi-automatic lines. Tube size, length and film thickness are customizable to your recipe.

Custom flexo printing up to 8 colors adds cooking guidance, brand and barcode. Materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging and export retail.
