One pouch, two kitchens. This dual cook tube pouch is produced from food grade PE for 180g and 235g Japanese tofu family portions that can be boiled in water or steamed in the bag, whichever the recipe calls for.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed while water bubbles or steam surrounds the pack, holding the soft block together to the table.

The film is validated for 100°C boiling and hot filling, and lamination extends the limit to 200°C for retort sterilization when longer shelf life is required.

A clear body lets the cook check the tofu during heating, and the special shaped composite tube keeps a stable cooking profile. Tube size, length and thickness are customizable to your family pack design.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors prints serving ideas and cooking steps on the pack. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging export.
