Export tofu spends weeks at sea, so the pouch has to outlast the voyage. This export grade tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 195g and 260g Japanese tofu portions shipped as retort sterilized ambient cargo.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that protect soft tofu through container stacking, ocean motion and warehouse handling.

Single layer film is rated for 100°C hot filling; the laminated structure resists up to 200°C sterilization, so export packs leave the factory shelf stable and arrive ready for retail.

The special shaped composite tube stands up to carton compression, while the transparent body keeps quality visible for customs and retail checks. Diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your export carton.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors supports multi language export artwork. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging worldwide.
