Pasteurization extends fresh life without changing the look of tofu. This transparent tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 220g and 290g Japanese tofu packs for convenience stores and neighborhood grocers.

Food grade PE combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, carrying pasteurized packs safely through chillers and repeated shopper handling.

Rated for 100°C hot filling and pasteurization baths, the film also reaches 200°C when laminated, letting one pouch cover pasteurized fresh lines and retort lines alike.

The transparent special shaped composite body shows the clean white block, and the premade format simplifies filling at any scale. Tube size, length and thickness are customizable to your chiller shelf.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors marks brand, price area and freshness dates. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging.
