Heavy portions call for heavy assurance. This double heat seal tube bag is produced from food grade PE for 270g and 340g Japanese tofu packs, pairing an extra thick gauge with twin seals for maximum reliability.

Food grade PE delivers the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength needed when large soft blocks meet retort pressure, carton stacking and long haul delivery.

The film withstands 100°C hot filling and, once laminated, up to 200°C sterilization, so heavy packs can be processed for ambient distribution.

Double heat seals create a second line of defense on the biggest loads, while the clear special shaped composite body keeps retail visibility. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your heavy pack line.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors marks brand and handling instructions. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging export.
