The super jumbo format pushes film to its limits. This heavy gauge tube pouch is made from food grade PE for 295g and 370g Japanese tofu portions, engineered for steam cooking and retort sterilization at the top of the size range.

Food grade PE gives the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength that jumbo soft tofu blocks need through high temperature processing and heavy distribution loads.

Single layer film is rated for 100°C steam cooking and hot filling; once laminated it resists up to 200°C, covering full retort sterilization for ambient shelf life.

Double heat seals guard the largest packs against leaks, while the transparent special shaped composite body keeps the product visible at wholesale and retail. Dimensions are customizable to your jumbo program.

Custom flexo printing up to 10 colors delivers clear case labeling and brand graphics. All film is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging worldwide.
