Near the 400g ceiling of the tube bag range, every micron has to earn its place. This maximum capacity pouch is formed from food grade PE for 325g and 395g Japanese tofu portions with twin seal construction and the heaviest gauge in the series.

Food grade PE supplies the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength required to contain the largest soft tofu blocks through retort cooking and cold or ambient distribution.

Film rated for 100°C hot filling withstands up to 200°C once laminated, letting maximum size packs be fully sterilized and stored without chill.

Twin heat seals double the defense on the biggest fills, and the transparent special shaped composite body keeps the product presentable at retail. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable to your line.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors finishes the premium large format. All materials are food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 for Japanese tofu packaging export programs.
