Family standard sizes still depend on a reliable seal. This transparent retort PE tube pouch is produced from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 160g and 210g for egg tofu, tamago tofu and soft tofu.

The egg tofu tube combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength to protect gel tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and export distribution. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated, covering full sterilization.

A 55mm tube diameter and 200mm pouch length deliver a familiar family pack, while the transparent body keeps product quality in view. Tube diameter, length and thickness are customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors adds brand marks, flavour panels, barcodes and date codes for a finished retail pack. Trial minimums are low.

All material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Share your target net weight and we will match the tube, seal and print to your line.
