Larger packs demand extra seal confidence. This double heat seal transparent PE tube pouch is built from food grade PE and sized at 200g and 250g for family egg tofu, silken tofu and soft tofu portions.

Food grade PE provides the flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength to hold heavier gel tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and distribution. The egg tofu tube film is rated for 100°C hot filling and reaches 200°C once laminated, covering full sterilization.

A 58mm tube diameter and 215mm pouch length give a roomy family pack, while the transparent body keeps the product visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors carries brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date marks. Low minimums keep trials affordable.

Material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001 procedures. Tell us your target weights and we will match the tube and seal to your line.
