Food service kitchens need large portions and dependable seals. This transparent retort grade PE tube pouch is produced from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 280g and 340g for bulk egg tofu and silken tofu service.

The egg tofu tube pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, protecting gel tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and heavy handling. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated, covering full sterilization.

A 62mm tube diameter and 245mm pouch length give a substantial service pack, while the transparent body keeps product quality visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors carries brand marks, nutrition panels, barcodes and date areas. Low minimums suit initial orders.
