Export programmes put packaging under real pressure. This heavy duty transparent PE retort tube pouch is built from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 330g and 380g for egg tofu and silken tofu bulk packs.

The egg tofu tube combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength to carry heavy tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and long distance shipping. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated for full sterilization.

A 63mm tube diameter and 255mm pouch length give a robust export pack, while the transparent film keeps contents visible. Diameter, length and gauge stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors adds brand logos, flavour panels, barcodes and date codes for shelf ready presentation. Low trial minimums apply.
