One programme can cover every portion size. This custom printed transparent PE tube pouch runs from 50g to 400g for egg tofu, tamago tofu and silken tofu, built from food grade PE with a double heat seal.

The egg tofu tube delivers flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength across the range, handling 100°C hot filling and up to 200°C once laminated for full retort sterilization.

Tube diameters run about 40mm to 65mm and pouch lengths about 130mm to 260mm, while the transparent film keeps every format visible. Tooling, gauge and print stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 10 colors covers brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date marks across the whole range. Low minimums suit rollout orders.

All tube pouch material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Tell us your target weights and we will match the tube, seal and print to your line.
