Retort sterilization is the toughest test a soft pack can face. This retort sterilization transparent PE tube pouch is made from food grade PE with a double heat seal, sized at 60g and 100g for egg tofu, tamago tofu and silken tofu that must stay shelf stable after cooking.

The egg tofu tube pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, so delicate gel tofu survives high pressure retort cycles. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated, so the tofu tube pouch handles full sterilization without clouding or leaking.

A 42mm tube diameter and 135mm pouch length keep the format compact for retail and catering, while the transparent body keeps contents visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 6 colors adds logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date codes. Low trial minimums suit first orders.
