Ambient shelf stable tofu needs a pouch that blocks failure, not just air. This ambient shelf stable PE tube pouch is produced from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 90g and 140g for egg tofu and silken tofu stored without refrigeration.

The egg tofu tube delivers flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength to hold gel tofu through hot filling and retort cooking. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated, so the tofu tube pouch keeps texture and colour after sterilization.

A 46mm tube diameter and 150mm pouch length give a tidy shelf pack, while the transparent body keeps product visible. Diameter, length and gauge remain customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 7 colors covers brand marks, flavour panels, barcodes and date codes. Low minimums apply.

Material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Tell us your target weights and we will match the tube and seal to your line.
