Transport is where soft packs fail. This puncture resistant transparent PE tube pouch is made from food grade PE with a double heat seal and sized at 140g and 190g for egg tofu and silken tofu that must travel safely.

The egg tofu tube pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, shielding gel tofu through hot filling, retort cooking and rough handling. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated, covering full sterilization.

A 53mm tube diameter and 190mm pouch length give a robust pack, while the transparent film keeps contents visible. Diameter, length and gauge stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 8 colors carries brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date areas. Low minimums apply.

Material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Tell us your target weights and we will match the tube, seal and print to your line.
