A single leak ends a shipment. This leak proof double heat seal PE tube pouch is produced from food grade PE and sized at 180g and 230g for egg tofu, tamago tofu and silken tofu that must arrive intact.

The egg tofu tube combines flexibility, puncture resistance and sealing strength, so gel tofu is protected through hot filling and retort cooking. Film rated for 100°C hot filling climbs to 200°C once laminated for full sterilization.

A 56mm tube diameter and 205mm pouch length deliver a dependable pack, while the transparent body keeps product visible. Tube diameter, length and thickness remain customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors adds brand marks, flavour panels, barcodes and date codes. Low trial minimums apply.

All tube pouch material is food grade and certified to FDA and EU 10/2011 under ISO 9001. Share your target weights and we will match the seal and print to your line.
