The egg tofu tube pairs flexibility with puncture resistance and sealing strength, holding gel tofu through hot filling and retort cooking. Film rated for 100°C hot filling reaches 200°C once laminated, so the tofu tube pouch opens cleanly after sterilization.

A 59mm tube diameter and 220mm pouch length give a generous pack, while the transparent body keeps contents visible. Diameter, length and gauge stay customizable.

Custom gravure printing up to 9 colors covers brand logos, nutrition panels, barcodes and date marks. Low minimums suit initial orders.
